Charges are assessed on the overall length of the trailer and the maximum permitted vessel length is 27ft. Vessels stored at the Board’s premises must display a current harbour dues plaque. Unattended vehicles must not be left on the Board’s premises. Storage charges apply per season: April to September and October to March.

There is limited space at the Board’s premises on Ferry Road for storage of bona fide tenders to vessels occupying deep water moorings in the Harbour. Seasonal charges apply as above.

A slipway trolley is available at Ferry Road for hauling out small vessels (up to 8 metres) for repairs and maintenance. Use of the slipway trolley is strictly by prior arrangement with the Harbour Office and subject to conditions. Water and metered electricity are available. Launching, recovery and storage charges apply.

There is a half-tide drying grid adjacent to the north wall of the Harbour Office compound available for flat-bottomed or bilge-keeled vessels between 7 and 13 metres. This facility may only be used by prior arrangement with the Harbour Master. Berthing charges apply.
