Diesel fuel is available at the Hayling ferry pontoon. This is a 24-hour unmanned facility which is available to key holders only. If you wish to be registered as a key holder you should contact the Harbour office during office hours Monday to Friday.
From 1 November 2008 HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) imposed important changes to the way red diesel is supplied. The full rate of duty will be charged on fuel used to propel private pleasure craft and users will be required to make a declaration about the use of their vessel and, for private pleasure craft, the proportion of fuel used for propulsion.
