How we consult with Harbour users
Maintaining a dialogue with Harbour users is an essential part of what we do. The Harbour Advisory Committee comprises statutory members and invited attendees including:

Local sailing clubs: Portsmouth & Langstone Sailing Association* (PLSA) including Locks Sailing Club, Tudor Sailing Club, Langstone Harbour Sailing Club and the Eastney Cruising Association)
