Maintaining a dialogue with Harbour users is an essential part of what we do. The Harbour Advisory Committee comprises statutory members and invited attendees including:

Local sailing clubs: **Portsmouth & Langstone Sailing Association (PLSA) including Locks Sailing Club, Tudor Sailing Club, Langstone Harbour Sailing Club and the Eastney Cruising Association)

Other watersports groups such as **Royal Yachting Association, British Water Ski Federation, Portsmouth & District Canoe Club and Andrew Simpson Watersports Centre
