New Bottle Refill Station Installed at Langstone Harbour Office

Langstone Harbour Board is delighted to introduce a new AquaTap bottle refill station outside the Harbour Office - a small but impactful step towards reducing single-use plastic and protecting our delicate marine environment.

The station was made possible through the Sea Changers Coastal Fountain Fund 2025, with the unit supplied by sustainability advocates Our Only World. It will form part of the UK-wide Refill campaign, which encourages people to use refillable bottles and access free drinking water, in an effort to fight plastic pollution.

Why does this matter? Every bottle refilled is one less bottle potentially lost to our precious harbour, coasts, and sea. This initiative directly supports our mission to reduce litter and promote sustainable behaviours in Langstone Harbour.

Even better? The fountain itself is partly made from recycled fishing nets collected from coastal beaches - turning marine waste into a force for good.

Whether you're heading out for a paddle, walk, day on the water, or enjoying the beach, stop by the Harbour Office and refill for free - and help to protect the place we all love.

💧Location: Outside Langstone Harbour Board Office, Ferry Road, PO11 0DG
